All of our group classes are full body workouts, we try to differentiate each of the classes so you can challenge yourself on a day to day basis. Some classes will be primarily bodyweight-only movements (Bootcamp, Burn, Kickboxing), while others will use an external resistance like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands or barbells (Strength & Conditioning, FitCon, and Basic Strength).

Group Training Program Class Breakdown
Basic Strength: A full-body workout that includes the use of dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements to provide a well-rounded workout.
Bootcamp: Full-body, primarily bodyweight movement, intense, fun and challenging. Those are some good words to describe Bootcamp class – and NO we do not yell at your like they portray on tv.
Burn: High Intensity with built in work and rest breaks. The goal for this class is to provide a full body workout that challenges you with full body movements, timing of movement and rest.
Strength & Conditioning: A workout program that includes barbell and dumbbell work. We incorporate the “3 Big Lifts” (squat, bench, deadlift) in some form. We also balance out the lifting with conditioning pieces using machines, kettlebells, sled, and jump ropes.
Fitcon: This is our “hit a little bit of everything” class. This involves barbells, kettlebells, running, boxes, conditioning machines, and burpees…yep burpees.
Foundations: This is our “beginner” level class. We strip away the intensity of the other classes and create workout programs that will challenge the novice to experience athlete.
Kickboxing: This is just as it sounds, we use mits, pads, jump ropes to provide a fun-challenging workout that allows you to let stress out, hit some pads and learn some self-defense strategies all while having a smile on your face!
