Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the name of your gym dog?
Duke! That’s me! I’m an Australian shepherd/black lab mix. I’m allowed to have as many treats as I want, so bring lots. And don’t tell Jeremy and Heather I said that.
Do I need to see a doctor before I start exercising?
Heather and Jeremy do not make it mandatory to see a doctor before starting an exercise program. They do ask any new people if they have any injuries or issues we should know about, and they do have to sign a waiver to participate. People are lucky, They don’t have to have a bunch of shots to do stuff, although I do personally like my vet.
How long have you been fitness professionals?
Heather and Jeremy have been doing this more than a decade. Whether you run on two legs or four, they can help you with your fitness.
Do you have a Facebook page?
Surely! Like us at facebook.com/CoreDynamixNH. Sometimes they put photos of me up there, too.
Can I work with you even I don’t live in New Hampshire?
Yes! Technology makes it possible. Heather has this thing called a computer. I’d like to think she mostly uses it to order chew toys online, but apparently she and Jeremy can also do training sessions with Skype.
What kinds of classes do you offer?
We offer classes that involve bodyweight movements, weight training, kickboxing, cardio, and dog walking. OK, I made that last one up. But I’m lobbying for it. The important thing to know is that we make it work for your individual needs. With every class we stress to go at your pace, stay at your level.
Do you offer open gym hours?
We do – drop in between classes. We’d love to see you. You don’t even have to work out. You can just pet the dog.
Do you have long term contracts?
No, we have month to month memberships. We are confident that you will get the results you want – in a fun, supportive environment. If you do need to cancel your membership all we ask if that you let us know 30 days before your next billing cycle.
What’s the best gym in New Hampshire?
We really like Core Dynamix, actually. They have great fitness programs and they’ll let you nap on the floor. Or at least they let me nap on the floor, anyway.
