Open Gym time only - we are having "Bootcamp By the Bay" class through Saturday July 7th - * 8:30am Bootcamps will start back up after that!

OUR PROGRAMS

BASIC STRENGTH

Workout that hits all muscle groups using dumbbells and your bodyweight for resistance. 

BOOTCAMP

Full body conditioning workout that incorporates cardiovascular training, bodyweight movement, and core strengthening exercises. This a fast-paced, challenging fun class.

 

INTERVALS

A fun full body workout that uses bodyweight movements set to specified work to rest ratios. (example: 30 seconds of work combined with 20 seconds of rest). 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A program that is designed to increase strength needed for sport and daily function.  With some conditioning based movements added in to improve overall cardiovascular health.

FITCON

A universally scalable, high-energy workout based on a foundation of functional movements and constant variation.

FOUNDATIONS 

The perfect place to start if you are looking to get into fitness. This program is about learning the basic movement patterns, focusing on form with the ability to go at your pace.

KICKBOXING

This is a high-energy fitness based Kickboxing class. Get out stress while improving your health and increasing energy.
