Strength is not determined by how much weight you can move – it’s measured by how you carry yourself. In the gym and out of the gym – strength is about being able to walk with more confidence, getting rid of self-doubt, negativity and knowing that you are strong enough to take on any adversaries. You build this confidence and fearlessness in the gym and it transcends into your daily life.
