Yoga classes starting this week:
MONDAY – 6:25pm (30 min class)
Pranayama and Stretch – All Levels – Tune into our breathe and use it to decrease stress along with a stretch.
WEDNESDAY- 9am (1 hour class)
Yoga Flow Class – We will flow through a series of poses designed to stretch your body and juice up your joints. Mild feel good adjustments may be made by Denise throughout class.
THURSDAY – 5:30pm (1 hour class)
Yoga Focus – This class will focus on a particular part of our bodies such as: hip openers, shoulder stress reduction, spinal twists, leg etc. Each class will target a different area. Mild feel good adjustments may be made by Denise throughout class.

1 month membership unlimited classes – $100
*Core members – $80
Drop-in – $12 / hour classes
*$10 hour class Core members
Drop-in – $7/ 30 min class
*$5/ 30 min Core members
