2026 Youth Strength Camp | Core Dynamix | Applications Now Open

Greeley Personal Training will be hosting its Youth Strength & Conditioning Camp at Core Dynamix: Strength & Conditioning in Alton this Summer.

One session only – Three days a week. 

Early mornings: thats intentional – I want the most committed athletes getting better together.

📅 Dates: July 6 – August 14 ⏰ Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 6:00 – 7:15 AM 

Cost 💰- $500 for entire program

 ($50 savings vs. individual sessions)

  • What we train: This program is built around developing real, measurable athleticism.
  • We track progress through our “Standards”: a 400m run, vertical jump, max push-ups, max wall sit, and a 5-rep trap bar deadlift. You’ll test in before camp starts and again at the end. The results speak for themselves.
  • Training includes compound strength movements, sprint work, agility, plyometrics, and core stability. Everything a high school athlete needs to walk into their season stronger, faster, and more confident than ever.
  • Who this is for: High school athletes (any sport) who are serious about getting better. The early start time will ensure athletes are there to put in the work and see results. 
  • How to get started: Athletes who haven’t trained with me before will need to schedule a brief assessment before camp begins. A waiver will need to be signed, then I will take you and the standards so we have a baseline to build from. 
  • I specialize in training young athletes. I take my personal experience from being a youth athlete myself, pair that with my training to get bigger and stronger while in the Air Force to create my program for training young athletes today.
